Our Store Policies

Shipping:

For UK customers, we send everything Royal Mail 1st Class with tracking unless communicated to you otherwise. For an extra charge, we do ship internationally via UPS or Royal Mail International Tracked. We endeavour to despatch same day but bearing in mind the current Covid-19 national lockdown in the UK, this can't be guaranteed.

 

Returns/Refunds:

  • If your item is received damaged, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your item, as long as it's been unworn and still has tags etc.

  • If your items are NOT damaged or faulty, you unfortunately can't get a return/refund on your item.

 

Returning your item: 

  • All items being returned for refund must be done so in an unused and original condition.

  • All items being returned must contain a copy of the invoice for our records (can be found via the email used to order, if not contact us and we can help supply you with the invoice number).

  • All returns must be sent back tracked & signed for.

  • Please contact us prior to returning your item.

  • *Please note no refunds or exchanges will be dispatched until we receive and inspect your returned goods.*

 

Upon receiving your returned items: 

  • Upon receiving your returned items we will inspect the goods and you will receive email confirmation.

  • Once the items have been received we will then process your exchange/refund.

  • Exchanged items will require postage to be paid before we can dispatch your item.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days. You will receive a full refund minus the postage charge (see invoice for breakdown of your order)

 

Undeliverable Packages:

  • Jott Fashions will not be held responsible or refund any customer whose order was unable to be delivered/signed for.

  • Jott Fashions will not be held responsible or refund any customer whose shipping details/invoice information are incomplete or incorrect.

  • If the item is returned to us as a result of being undelivered will hold the right to charge extra postage fees to resend. 

 

Customs Charges:

  • Jott Fashions will not be held responsible for any duties, taxes and customs clearance fees accrued, these will be the responsibility of the customer.
